This Delivery Policy applies to services purchased on invictusimc.com from SKYLabs India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and operating the brand “Invictus IMC” (“Invictus”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Nature of what you pay for
Fees paid on the Platform are for digital services, namely the submission and processing of a Bid or an Order on the Platform. No physical goods are shipped as part of these payments, and no shipping charges apply.
2. Delivery of the service
- The service is delivered immediately when payment is verified: your Bid or Order is recorded in your account and becomes visible to the Invictus team.
- You can see your submission in your account under My Bids or My Orders, and we send confirmations where applicable.
- If your payment succeeds but your submission does not appear within 30 minutes, contact connect@invictusimc.com with your payment ID and we will resolve it or refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Manufactured goods
Physical manufactured products are supplied under separate commercial terms (quotation, purchase order or supply agreement) between Invictus and the Buyer. Shipping, packaging, inspection, delivery timelines and related charges for those goods are specified in those documents and are not covered by the Platform fees described here.
